3) Select "I am a new customer".

Canvases may be returned for a full refund(less 15% restocking fee) within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. YOU MUST CONTACT US TO GET AN RMA # FIRST !! WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING , YOU MUST PAY FOR THIS EXPENSE. ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING VIA FEDEX GROUND, NO EXCEPTIONS. |
| When will my order ship? |

All canvases leave or New York facility in 3 business days. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. |
